Chambord Mousse Easy Recipe

Enjoy a delicious Chambord Mousse with your favorite Bubbly Champagne. Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Egg Yolk
  • 2 oz Sugar
  • 1 Gelatin Leaf
  • 4 oz Chambord Liquer
  • 1 cup Soft whipped cream
  • 2 Fresh Strawberries

Bloom gelatin in cold water.  In a mixing bowl, double bowl sugar and eggs until the mixture reaches 110F.  Add gelatin and whip mixture until thick.  Add Chambord liqueur to the thickened mixture.  Fold in half of the whipped cream and pipe into a fluted glass.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry and whipped cream.
